By using our services or placing an order with Vision Marketing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Acceptance
  • All orders must be confirmed in writing or through our official order system.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion

2. Design & Proofing
  • Clients must carefully review all proofs before final approval.

  • Vision Marketing is not responsible for any errors once a design is approved (e.g., spelling, layout, colors).

3. Turnaround Time
  • Production time begins after final proof approval and payment confirmation.

  • Delays caused by client-side changes, late payments, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds
  • Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault.

  • Any issues must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.

5. Intellectual Property
  • Clients must have rights to any artwork, logos, or content provided.

  • Vision Marketing is not responsible for any third-party copyright issues.

  • We may showcase completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless requested otherwise.

6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders cancelled after proof approval may be subject to partial charges.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued once printing has begun.

7. Confidentiality
  • All client data, artwork, and details are kept strictly confidential.
